Controlling Farts – Is It Possible?
The word ‘fart’ or ‘farting’ might be offensive to many people since I have observed this; especially for females I don’t know why. At least the females in my family and friends hate it whenever I use this word. Well, there is a common issue with several males especially when they get up in the morning; their farts will be excessive, loud, and uncontrollable. Many males and even females complain about this problem and seek ways to being in control of their farts.
Usually people fart a lot due to eating a lot of sweet stuff or sweets itself; at least this is why I fart a lot. Trying giving up all those sweets for around a couple of weeks since when I stopped eating sweets for this long; I was in control and that uncontrollable farting was gone. I have actually tried it and it works because when I got back on eating flapjacks, cakes, sweets, biscuits, and other such things; my bloating came back and flatulence levels went back higher. So finally I got to know what causes my farts and how can I control them but not everyone is the same so there might be some other problem with you or anyone who is dealing with excessive farts.
Excessive farting or flatulence basically occurs when you eat food and if it does not break properly in the small intestine and stomach. Eventually, that food will move in to the large intestine in the form of undigested stuff. This is when you start to fart frequently and eventually have to use the bathroom more often. There are certain foods that will promote excessive farts compared to others since they carry more amounts of carbohydrates that are not digestible. One of the big culprits in this case is Beans.
It is important that we do not loss the good bacteria that are in our stomach; therefore you should start taking some probiotic. You should reduce eating foods that promote this problem such as fruit drinks, soft drinks, wholegrain foods, apple pears, and dairy products. May be one or two foods might good no harm to your stomach so you can always experiment one by one to check. Foods that are high in fats will also give you a hard time in digesting therefore they will also create gas. Lastly, if you still face severe farting issues then go see a doctor and get a few necessary tests done.
